International Banking and Finance (Top-Up) BSc (Hons)

This course is specifically designed to enable holders of HND qualifications or similar UK and international qualifications to gain a full honours degree in just one year.

This is a research driven programme focusing on contemporary issues within the challenging global banking and finance sector. You will gain up-to date technical and professional skills, through specially designed modules namely Contemporary Issues in Banking, Risk Management in Banking, and a dedicated project in International Banking and Finance.

Standard entry requirements apply. Your application will be considered if you have successfully completed the first two years of a relevant business, economics, accounting or finance degree, or have ABE (Business membership body) EDEXCEL or HND (or equivalent overseas qualification such as the Chinese Dazhuan).

If you hold a L5 or above and study in a relevant area, your application may be eligible subject to a satisfactory module mapping exercise.

You should also hold Mathematics GCSE at grade C/4 or above or equivalent.

English Language requirements: All international and EU students applying for a course with us must meet the following minimum English language requirements: IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5.5 in all bands for study at undergraduate level. For information regarding English language requirements at the University, please see our IELTS page.
