Business Entrepreneurship FdA

Does your future include setting up and running your own business, or working independently as a freelance advisor? Perhaps you see yourself working in a small dynamic organisation rather than a large corporation? This Foundation Degree offers a unique opportunity to plan, create and grow a business alongside academic study. To succeed you will require a deep desire to develop ideas into successful and innovative businesses. Attention is focused on the dynamic and visionary approach to business created by entrepreneurs and you will be encouraged to explore your own entrepreneurial skills.

Features: You will spend one third of your time developing business ideas outside of the classroom, this can be in part-time work or developing a brand new business. The remaining two thirds are spent on acquiring key business knowledge including entrepreneurial skills, growing a business, marketing, finances and customer care.

Career opportunities: Once you have completed the FdA, you will have the opportunity to progress on to a Top-Up honours degree such as the Business Entrepreneurship Top-Up.
